April 1st, 2024 at 7pm (GMT+1).

Who is this for?

Are you interested in getting to know yourself better? In gaining an understanding of yourself and how you can show up for yourself more?

Join me for an exploration of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) and discover how understanding and nurturing your nervous system can lead to greater self-knowledge, increased balance and more peace in your life.

In this free 1-hour webinar, we'll dive into the fundamentals of the ANS, uncovering its profound influence on your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. From understanding the body's stress responses to learning practical techniques for relaxation and resilience, you'll gain invaluable insights and tools to support your journey toward optimal health and vitality.

Why am I, as a holistic life coach and somatic coach in training, teaching about the ANS? As a holistic life coach, I want to help my clients reach their goals, and that is virtually impossible to do with a (chronically) dysregulated nervous system. Getting to know the ANS allows us to create greater flexibility and resilience, and allows us to embrace the change we want and need - even when it feels scary.

As a somatic coach in training, I'm passionate about helping clients create a mind-body connection, helping them focus on the internal experience and learn to regulate their nervous system. I want to help you live in a body that supports the future you envision, and feels safe in it.

Whether you're seeking relief from stress, looking to deepen your self-awareness, or are simply curious about the inner workings of your body, this webinar is for you. Join me and take the first step toward understanding and nurturing your nervous system for a calmer, happier, healthier you.

Space is limited, so reserve your spot now and start your journey toward greater balance and well-being!

 Love from past clients

“The safe and judgment-free environment in Sophie’s coaching sessions allowed me to feel what my body was wanting me to feel, and to then release it. I learnt to embrace the feelings and sensations that came up rather than suppressing and ignoring them as I had done in the past.”

Lara, 34, Civil Engineer / Project Manager, South Africa

“Sophie has a solid knowledge of bodywork (including yoga practice, breathing techniques, and body awareness) and gave me valuable tips on regulating my nervous state in stressful situations. These are truly valuable pieces of advice that I have now integrated into my everyday life and would not want to be without.”

Julie, 32, BA degree holder, Germany

“Since starting the coaching process, I listen to my body more, can keep quiet for longer, and have less insecurities about what I can or cannot do.”

  • Absolutely! I find that it’s always beneficial to attend classes live, rather than watch a replay. Experiencing the webinar live allows you to immerse yourself in the energy and atmosphere of the event.

You'll feel the excitement and enthusiasm of me and fellow participants, immerse yourself in a dynamic and vibrant learning environment, and come together in community.

Attending live can also hold you accountable to your learning goals. It encourages active participation and engagement, and really maximizes the value you derive from the experience.

There will be a Q&A section, that you can’t actively participate in when you’re watching the replay.

  • Please pre-install Zoom before the webinar. If you’ve already installed Zoom, please make sure you have updated the software. Doing so last minute will most likely slightly dysregulate your nervous system - and although you’ve come to the right place, it’s not the best state to be in to absorb new information ;)

  • In addition to ensuring a stable internet connection, please choose a well-lit environment for optimal visibility. If you plan to join the webinar from a mobile phone or tablet, please stabilize your device to minimize distractions and ensure a smooth viewing experience for me and your fellow attendees.

Sophie, your holistic coach

I’m Sophie, a certified holistic life coach and somatic coach in training.

As a holistic life coach, I recognize the importance of integrating the mind, body, and spirit in achieving balance and fulfillment - a philosophy long recognized and upheld in indigenous cultures around the world. This holistic approach, which honors the interconnectedness of all aspects of being, is increasingly embraced by standardized Western psychotherapeutic and medical approaches.

Incorporating elements of mindfulness and somatic awareness in my sessions, I help clients deepen their self-awareness, connect with their inner wisdom, and cultivate a sense of wholeness and alignment with their values and purpose.
